Pixel data decides which products are winners to promote and which to exclude. The example store runs 6 of them.

Month 3 · Outbound from real behavior
Pixel buckets become CRM audiences. Email lanes for browse abandonment, lifecycle and win-back run from the same customer record with consent checked at send time. 12 lanes and 4,200 sends a month at the example store, alongside the inbox drafting replies from order data.

Month 4 to 6 · Scale with approvals
