This policy explains how personal information is collected, used and protected on the Orkie website at orkie.ai ("Website") and the related services we offer ("Services"). Orkie is operated by OnlineAnd, LLC ("Orkie", "we", "us"). By using the Website you agree to this policy. It does not cover companies we do not own or control.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the Website, our servers and our first-party analytics record information your browser sends: pages viewed, the page you came from, the time of the visit, your approximate location derived from your network address, browser and device type, and interactions such as form starts and submissions. This is first-party data stored in our own workspace. We use it to understand how the Website is used, to measure which pages lead to a conversation with us, and to detect abuse. We do not sell it.
Where your jurisdiction requires consent for analytics or advertising cookies, the Website asks before setting non-essential identifiers, and honors the Global Privacy Control signal.
Information you give us
You can browse the Website without telling us who you are. When you submit a form (contact, call request, pixel install request or newsletter) we collect what you type: name, work email, company, website, phone, platform and message. We use it to respond to your request, to schedule and hold a call, to send the newsletter you asked for, and to keep a record of our conversation in our customer relationship system. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

We keep form submissions and correspondence for as long as needed to serve you and for a reasonable period afterwards for records and legal purposes. Analytics data is retained for a limited window and then aggregated or deleted.

Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. Residents of the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom have rights under the GDPR, including the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
